Canistrelli à l'anis
Mes canistrelli sont sans alcool... c'est une recette typique de Corse que j'adore et je suis contente de vous la faire connaître !!
Ingrédients : pour 35 biscuits
- 500 g de farine
- 1 sachet de poudre à lever bio (levure chimique)
- 1 pincée de sel
- 130 g d'huile
- 130 g de lait végétal
- 130 g de sucre
- 2 bonnes cuillères à soupe de graines d'anis
Préparation :
mettre tout (sauf l'anis) les ingrédients dans un saladier et mélanger un tout petit peu.
Ajouter l'anis et mélanger jusqu'à ce que celle-ci soit homogène puis former une boule.
Ensuite la travailler sur la planche à étaler et une fois qu'elle ne colle plus, l'étaler avec le rouleau à pâte.
Elle pâte doit faire environ 1,5 cm (ou un peu moins... ce n'est pas grave, elle va gonfler à la cuisson !)
Puis couper des petits carrés ou utiliser des emporte pièces. (moi j'ai choisi en forme de coeurs !) :-)
Déposer les biscuits sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson et cuire à four chaud à 170°C pendants environ 10 minutes.
Surveiller la cuisson, une fois qu'ils ont pris un teint foncé (rosé) c'est bon.
Déguster après leurs refroidissements.

На производстве столкнулся с интересной задачей и хотел бы обсудить ее с вами. Мы занимаемся модернизацией экструзионной линии, и ключевым этапом является внедрение преобразователей частоты для управления скоростью вращения шнека.
В целом, все идет по плану: выбрали ПЧ, подходящий по мощности и функционалу, настроили основные параметры, подключили двигатель. Изначально все работает идеально: плавно разгоняется, держит заданную скорость. Но спустя некоторое время работы (примерно несколько часов) начинают проявляться периодические сбои. Шнек начинает дергаться, скорость "плавает", и на ПЧ выскакивает ошибка по перенапряжению в звене постоянного тока (DC-link overvoltage).
Перепроверил все подключения, сопротивление изоляции двигателя в норме, параметры сети соответствуют норме, тормозной резистор подключен и функционирует (проверял осциллографом). Замена ПЧ на другой, точно такой же модели, результата не дала – проблема повторяется.
Кто сталкивался с подобной проблемой? Какие еще параметры стоит проверить или подкрутить в настройках ПЧ? Может быть, нужно использовать сетевые фильтры или дроссели для подавления гармоник? Буду признателен за любые советы и наводки! Использую Частотный преобразователь 22 кВт. -
